Our leadership team collectively brings over 20 years of experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors, including expertise in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form education, the NHS, safeguarding, community development and specialist educational guidance. This breadth of experience enables the Institute to deliver high-quality programmes that meet the diverse needs of children, young people, adults and families.

The Institute's educational leadership is strengthened by a Headteacher holding a Master's degree in Education, bringing advanced knowledge of curriculum design, educational leadership, teaching and learning, and school improvement.

Our Board of Trustees further enhances the organisation through professional expertise spanning medicine, law, governance, business and the healthcare sector, ensuring robust oversight, strategic direction and effective stewardship of the Institute's resources.

Together, our leadership team is dedicated to nurturing faith, developing future leaders, preserving Islamic heritage and creating lasting positive impact within the communities we serve.
